[oc] mission statement

Hi all,

I have changed our mission statement (just the text and NOT the mission !).

New text: http://www.opencores.org/mission.shtml
Old text: http://www.opencores.org/mission_old.shtml

I'm hoping to get some feedback to see if the new text still reflects what
we want to accomplish (hopefully new text presents our mission better than
the old text).
